Commitment to Quality.
We work with national commissioners to identify ever improving standards which measure quality in the offender setting and sexual offence setting and work to ensure our performance data is meaningful.
We monitor our performance reports against national benchmarking activities. We pro-actively seek feedback and strive to learn. We ensure comparison of service quality is available at a local level, at a speciality level, at an organisational level and to allow all interested parties in our services to compare services nationally and for staff to understand the importance of their role in quality. Our staff feedback surveys identify key areas of importance in quality of service provision and capture staff views of the responsibility of their role. We focus on actively engaging with service users to ensure service delivery reflects the needs of those that use our services. Our quality improvement programme reviews our progress made in incorporating the views of service users in service delivery. We work to local, national and bespoke company safeguarding policies and embed safeguarding into the heart of everything we do. |
