Call Centre Manager
Laura has been working in the criminal justice healthcare industry for nearly 10 years, and has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience in this time. She first started with Essex Medical & Forensic Services back in 2005, and established herself as an integral member of the Call Centre. As the company expanded, Laura moved into management. Laura started with Mountain Healthcare in April 2015, and has been building up a great team of staff and establishing our Call Centre. A woman of many talents, Laura is also trained as a Crisis Worker, supporting victims of sexual assault through the forensic examination process. This gives her a unique perspective, enhancing her role as our Call Centre Manager.

Our Call Handlers are central to the success of the healthcare services provided by Mountain Healthcare. The Call Centre Team provides a 24/7 service for both professional bodies and our clients, assisting them with accessing our services across the UK.
