Quality Improvement Projects.
At Mountain Healthcare Ltd, we continuously strive to develop our service provision, and improve quality across the business. Mountain Healthcare Ltd and our employees often develop new ideas and initiatives, which support the continuous improvement of our forensic healthcare provision, and these receive informal praise and recognition.
However, we recognise that our employees are key to shaping our services, through developing new ideas and initiatives, and we want to ensure they have the opportunity to showcase their valuable input and receive the formal recognition they deserve.
Each year we run a Quality Improvement Project competition, which offers our employees the opportunity to focus on an area of particular interest to them, creating a research project surrounding a current issue or concern, and developing appropriate interventions to support improvements. Each participant/team is invited to present their project to the Board of Directors before the winner is announced at our Annual Awards Dinner, where there are lots of prizes to be won.
The person/team who achieves First Place will win a trip to a destination of their choice, to visit other healthcare professionals and share best practice.
All project plans are warmly received, and implemented into our business development plans for the following year.
The competition allows for individuals to expand their own knowledge of an area of interest, whilst informing the business of quality improvement opportunities.
