If you refer a friend, or someone you know, to work for Mountain Healthcare, you will receive a bonus of up to* £500 on the successful completion of their probation period. All you need to do is encourage your friend to complete an application for one of our available positions and ask them to quote your full name within the application.
As an extra incentive, for each application we receive that has been recommended by you, we’ll enter you into a prize draw for the chance to win an additional £100. Prize draws will take place in June and December each year. Your name will be entered into whichever draw comes soonest, following the receipt of an application from your recommended friend.

Bonus Incentive
- £500 per successful referral if the employee is contracted to work 20 hours per week or more.
- £250 per successful referral if the employee is contracted to work 20 hours per week or less.
- Payment to be made after the successful completion of the recommended employee’s probation period (6 months)
- Applies to any role, provided that the recommended individual becomes an employee (not self-employed)
- Effective from 07th September 2021 (the bonus scheme cannot be backdated for applications received before this date).
- In order to qualify for the bonus, the individual making the recommendation must not have been involved in the interview or decision making process.
£100 Prize Draw Incentive
- One prize draw entry will be added per unique referral
- Prize draw entries are drawn at random
- Prize draw winner will receive £100 (irrespective of Bonus Incentive outcome)
- To run from June – December, and then December – June (draws to take place on the 15th day of June and December, or the next working day if this date falls on a weekend)
