Prior to joining Mountain Healthcare, Patrick had qualified as a Business Management Graduate from the University of Canterbury Christ Church and spent time in sales, administration, and several years in human resources, before setting off on a year-long, worldwide travel expedition spanning 20 countries over 6 continents. Upon his return, Patrick joined the HR department of Mountain Healthcare in March of 2016, during a period of extraordinary growth for the business, with the total number of employees doubling in the preceding month. Since this time, Patrick has been involved with all aspects of the HR process, from running recruitment days to assisting and advising management. Patrick is a qualified Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Prior to joining Mountain Healthcare, Harriet’s career was focused in Technical Recruitment & Account Management across Professional Services, Technology, Banking & I.T sectors. Harriet is experienced in helping a range of organisations with resource and succession planning, niche and specialist recruitment campaigns, as well as operating as business partner to stakeholders. After making the decision to leave the lengthy London commute behind her, Harriet now works at the Head Office in Finchingfield, which is a whole 3-minute walk away from her house (much to the delight of her miniature schnauzer, Doug!). In her current role as HR Advisor, Harriet is involved in all HR processes, from recruitment to assisting and advising employees and managers, while supporting the company’s continued growth.
